A 50% deposit of total merchandise purchase is required. Remaining balance MUST be paid in full before merchandise is picked up or delivered.
A full refund will be issued on an undelivered orders cancelled within three (3) days of the sale date. After three (3) days, but before delivery, a cancellation fee of 100% of the deposit will be non-refundable for all sale orders.
Refunds will be issued by the same method as the purchase was made, i.e. by check or credit card. Checks are mailed after a 10 day waiting period. Cash deposits will be refunded by check.
All Sales are Final, No Returns, Refunds or Exchanges will apply on Picked Up and Delivered merchandise. Clearance Items or Floor Samples also apply.
All merchandise must be picked up or delivered within 10 days of the arrival date.
Pick-ups usually require customer assembly.
Puritan Juvenile is not liable when the furniture does not fit into your home. If a delivery attempt is made and the furniture does not fit, the delivery fee will not be refunded and the cancellation or return policy will take effect.
Errors in pricing and arithmetic are subject to correction.
Due to many factors beyond our control, we cannot be held responsible for delays in deliveries.
Manufacturer’s warranties apply to most furnishings available today. Puritan Juvenile
makes no such warranty or guarantee. No manufacturer warrantee claims can be honored without proof of purchase.
We make no warranty or guarantee whatsoever as to the wearing quality and colorfastness of the upholstery fabrics.
A cancellation fee of $100.00 will be applied if the delivery is cancelled within 48 hours of your delivery date.
